Architectural Committee
An architectural committee’s responsibility comes from the association’s covenants & By-laws. Members of our architectural committee are responsible for maintaining the aesthetic and structural integrity of the association and enforcing the covenants. They should be reviewing any applications for modifications, additions or architectural changes in the community.

Landscaping Committee
The main responsibility of the landscaping committee is to act as a liaison between the community and the service provider.

Amenities Committee
The amenities committee advises and assists the Board of Directors in the oversight of the association’s amenity areas which include pools, tennis courts and communal spaces. These people handle all responsibilities of the neighborhood pool.

Social Committee
This committee exists because social events are an important part of a vibrant community. The social committee plans, coordinates and hosts numerous neighborhood social functions throughout the year. Events include annual holiday celebrations, fall/spring community clean up days, neighborhood meet & greets, and more.
